Our chicken broth was named the People's Favorite in Estonia's Best Foods competition in 2017.

Real broth is cooked for 12 hours. Of course there’s the temptation to do something else, but broth is serious business. Especially chicken broth. For this reason you won’t find a single suspicious ingredient in this package – no preservatives, no aroma- or flavor enhancers. They’re not needed, because authentic ingredients create the best flavor.

Water, chicken bones 25,7%, sea salt, parsley, onion, carrot, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf.

Japanese chefs make ramen for the emperor. And now also for you. If you want ramen for dinner in the land of the rising sun, then you must get up early in the morning to start the broth. Since we know you’re short of time, we’ve prepared the ramen broth for you. To make sure we got it right, we brought in a top chef from Japan. To our chicken broth he added vegetables, sake, soy sauce, and a little bit of magic, which only Japanese chefs can do.
You only have to add the noodles, eggs, meat, a few greens, or whatever moves you. Actually, you can drink the broth right out of the package, though we intended it for ramen. In all cases, the loud slurping of noodles will be music to the cook’s ears.

Water, chicken bones 30%, pork leg bones 5,49%, soy souce (water, salt, soy beans, wheat, alcohol), cabbage, chinese cabbage, leek, celery, ginger, garlic, rice wine, (glucose syrup, water, spirit vinegar, fermented rice extract (water, rice, alcohol, salt, rice malt), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), cane sugar molasses), onion, carrot, sea salt, shiitake mushrooms, kombu kelp.

This is classic chicken broth that we cooked for approximately 12 hours with Asian spices. Make Tom Kha or ramen, curry or other Asian dishes. It’s great with chicken, coconut, and vegetables.
